Jonathan Thomas Durkin, 31, Remembered in State College After Passing on June 20, 2026, With Celebration of Life Planned
Jonathan Thomas Durkin of State College, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 20, 2026, at the age of 31.
Jonathan was born on September 30, 1994, and will be remembered for kindness, warmth, presence, and meaningful connections with family, friends, and colleagues.
Jonathan is survived by parents David J. Durkin and Sherry Cummings Strayer with Dave, siblings Joshua Durkin, Nathaniel Durkin with Valentina, Juliandra Durkin Jackson with Kevin, and Wesley Durkin with Morgan, and nephews Zane, David, Daniel, and Josiah.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Christ Community Church of State College, 200 Ellis Pl, State College, PA 16801, with a livestream available.
Koch Funeral Home oversees arrangements, and memorial contributions may be made to Celebrate Recovery at Christ Community Church.
