Jeremiah Leon, a 13-year-old remembered for kindness, creativity, intelligence, and a bright smile, has passed away, according to a fundraiser created on June 23, 2026.
Matthew Gonzalez organized the fundraiser, “Support for Jeremiah Leon’s Family,” and shared that Jeremiah brought laughter, warmth, and care to those nearby.
The fundraiser had raised $4,435 of a $9,000 goal through 31 donations as the family faced funeral costs and urgent medical expenses.
The organizer listed New York, NY, and said the family deeply appreciates community kindness during this difficult time.
