Dylan leaves parents Rebecca Wynegar, Richard, and Shawn Elkins, brothers Gavin Wynegar, Mason Wynegar, and Brandon Elkins, and grandfather LeeRoy Stelter.
Grandparents Ann Stelter, Jeffrey Elkins, and Bobbette Elkins passed before Dylan.
